Enkela completed the dual-degree Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Science with a concentration in Construction Management program at NJIT in 2011. As an undergraduate student she received several awards from the College of Architecture and Design, including a design excellence award during her fourth year, and was a member of AIAS and the PHI ETA SIGMA National Honor Society. During her fifth year in the Bachelor of Architecture program she became involved in Team New Jersey - the NJIT/Rutgers submission to the Department of Energy’s 2011 Solar Decathlon, acting initially as an architectural designer then as Project Manager and a logistics planner - while completing her graduate degree. During this time she became OSHA certified and was involved in the construction of the eNJoy! House – first in Newark and then in Washington DC. Enkela joined our team right after the completion of her post graduate degree and has been involved in a variety of projects in the academic, hospitality and municipal sectors.
