Principal, MEP Engineering
Since graduating from Michigan Tech as an electrical engineer, I have had the pleasure to work in both the consulting field as well as manufacturing. The manufacturing experience taught me to view solutions, not only from a dollars and cents issue, but also as an operational and maintenance view. This is a combination that so many designers don’t take into account, because they never had to live with their own designs.
My experience includes electrical power systems, lighting, and fire alarm designs in refinery and heavy industrial facilities, aircraft manufacturing, pharmaceutical facilities including clean rooms and GMP facilities, hospitals, higher education, K-12, commercial buildings, multi family residential and retail centers.
This broad range of experience along with my experience on the owners side, allows me to view problems from the clients perspective and offer solutions to problems that are effective from both a performance and cost viewpoint.
