Environetics is providing services for a new food bank, consisting of a new 50,000 SF Office/Warehouse Building with 10,000 SF of Expansion Space. The 50,000 SF space will contain storage, refrigerated storage, freezer storage, office/conference and meeting spaces, restrooms, locker rooms and a kitchenette. In addition, the facility includes processing and packaging spaces for fresh produce; some of which will be grown in an onsite garden and greenhouse. The project is designing to meet LEED Silver requirements and includes a geothermal heat pump system for heating and cooling. Project is currently in bidding phase.
